ATOL Protection with Caria Holidays

How financial protection works, what your ATOL Certificate means, and why travel insurance is still important
A GoToBeach customer information guide

The short version

GoToBeach is a trade mark of Caria Holidays Ltd, the company that holds our ATOL licence — so you will see the Caria Holidays name on this page and on your ATOL Certificate. Flight-inclusive package holidays sold by Caria Holidays are financially protected under ATOL licence 11211, where confirmed on your ATOL Certificate. Your ATOL Certificate is the key document: it shows exactly what is protected, who is covered, and which ATOL holder is providing the protection. ATOL is financial protection if the travel company fails. It is not travel insurance and does not cover medical emergencies, customer cancellation, lost baggage, flight delays or normal holiday complaints. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance for every booking.

What is ATOL protection?

ATOL stands for Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing. It is a UK financial protection scheme managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). In simple terms, ATOL protects eligible flight-inclusive package holidays if the travel company responsible for the protected booking ceases trading.

ATOL is especially important for UK holidaymakers booking a package that includes a flight. If an ATOL-protected travel company fails before you travel, the scheme may provide a refund for the protected booking. If the failure happens while you are abroad, the scheme may help with repatriation to the UK or continuation of the trip where possible, in line with the ATOL scheme.

Caria Holidays ATOL number

All flight-inclusive package holidays sold by Caria Holidays are protected under ATOL licence 11211, where this is confirmed on the ATOL Certificate issued for your booking.

Your ATOL Certificate

Your ATOL Certificate is the most important protection document for a flight-inclusive package holiday. When you make a payment for an ATOL-protected booking, you should receive an ATOL Certificate. It tells you:

  • What is protected by ATOL
  • Who is covered by the protection
  • Who is providing the protection, including the travel business name and ATOL number
  • What to do if the ATOL holder stops trading

Keep your ATOL Certificate safe and take a digital or paper copy with you when you travel. If you have booked a flight-inclusive package holiday with us and do not receive your ATOL Certificate, contact us before you travel.

The ATOL Certificate, not a general website statement, confirms exactly what applies to your booking. If a service is not listed on your certificate, do not assume it is ATOL protected.

Which Caria Holidays bookings are ATOL protected?

ATOL protection depends on the type of booking. The clearest rule is this: check your ATOL Certificate. It confirms whether your booking is protected and which travel services are covered.

Booking type Typical ATOL position Important note
Flight + hotel package ATOL protected where sold and confirmed by Caria Holidays as a flight-inclusive package. Your ATOL Certificate confirms exactly what is protected.
Flight + hotel + transfer package ATOL protected where sold and confirmed by Caria Holidays as a flight-inclusive package. The certificate shows whether the transfer is included in the protected package.
Accommodation-only booking Usually not ATOL protected because ATOL is linked to eligible flight-inclusive travel arrangements. Other legal or supplier protections may apply, but this is not the same as ATOL.
Transfer-only booking Usually not ATOL protected. Supplier terms and local transfer conditions apply.
Airport parking, lounges, fast track or other airport extras Usually not ATOL protected unless specifically included as part of a protected package and shown on the certificate. These services are often booked directly with the airport or third-party provider.

What ATOL can cover

ATOL is designed to protect customers from the financial failure of the ATOL holder or protected travel arrangements. Depending on when the failure happens, ATOL may help with:

  • Refund before travel where your protected trip cannot go ahead because of the travel company’s financial failure
  • Repatriation to the UK if you are already abroad when the protected travel company fails
  • Continuation of the trip where possible, depending on the circumstances and the ATOL scheme process
  • Instructions on how to claim, as shown on your ATOL Certificate

ATOL is not designed to deal with normal operational problems. That is why it is important to understand the difference between financial protection and travel insurance.

What ATOL does not cover

ATOL does not replace travel insurance, airline passenger rights or supplier terms. You cannot usually claim from ATOL for normal holiday disruption or dissatisfaction.

Issue Is this normally ATOL? Where to look instead
Flight delay or schedule change No Airline rules and travel insurance
Flight cancellation by airline Usually no, unless linked to supplier/company failure within the protected package Airline rebooking/refund process, package support, travel insurance
Lost, delayed or damaged baggage No Airline baggage process and travel insurance
Medical emergency abroad No Travel insurance and local healthcare arrangements
You cancel for personal reasons No Supplier cancellation terms and travel insurance if the reason is covered
Missed departure No Airline rules and travel insurance, depending on policy terms
Hotel complaint or poor service No Caria Holidays customer service, hotel/supplier complaint process
Visa, passport or entry issue No Customer responsibility, official government advice, travel insurance where applicable

ATOL is not travel insurance

ATOL is financial protection if a protected travel company fails. It does not cover medical bills, repatriation for illness or injury, cancellation for personal reasons, lost belongings, delays or missed departures. For those risks, you need suitable travel insurance.

ATOL vs travel insurance

ATOL and travel insurance protect different things. A well-protected holiday normally uses both: ATOL for eligible financial failure protection, and travel insurance for personal and operational risks.

  ATOL protection Travel insurance
Main purpose Financial protection if the ATOL-protected travel company fails Cover for medical emergencies, cancellation, baggage, delays and other insured risks
Included automatically? Included where your booking is sold and confirmed as ATOL protected No. You must buy it separately unless explicitly stated otherwise
Proof Your ATOL Certificate Your insurance policy schedule and certificate
Medical emergencies Not covered Can be covered, depending on policy terms and exclusions
Customer cancellation Not covered Can be covered for specified reasons, depending on policy terms

We strongly recommend arranging suitable travel insurance as soon as you book, so that cancellation cover is in place from the start of your booking.

What to check before and after booking

Before you confirm your holiday, check the booking details carefully. After booking, check your ATOL Certificate and travel documents as soon as you receive them.

  • Check the traveller names match passports exactly
  • Check the flight details, departure airport, arrival airport and dates
  • Check the hotel name, room type and board basis
  • Check whether transfers are included and how they are shown
  • Check whether baggage is included or needs to be added
  • Check the ATOL Certificate and keep a copy with you
  • Arrange travel insurance immediately after booking

If something on your ATOL Certificate or booking confirmation does not look right, contact us as soon as possible. It is much easier to correct a document query well before travel than at the airport or after departure.

Frequently asked questions

Is GoToBeach ATOL protected?

All flight-inclusive package holidays sold are protected under Caria Holidays Ltd’s ATOL licence 11211, where confirmed on your ATOL Certificate. Your certificate shows exactly what is protected, who is covered and the ATOL holder providing the protection.

What is GoToBeach’s ATOL number?

The ATOL number for flight-inclusive package holidays sold by Caria Holidays is 11211, where protection is confirmed on your ATOL Certificate.

When will I receive my ATOL Certificate?

You should receive your ATOL Certificate when you make a payment for an ATOL-protected booking, even if that payment is only a deposit. If you believe your booking should be ATOL protected and you have not received a certificate, contact us before you travel.

Are all GoToBeach bookings ATOL protected?

No. ATOL normally applies to eligible flight-inclusive package holidays. Accommodation-only, transfer-only, airport extras and separately booked services may not be ATOL protected. Your ATOL Certificate confirms what applies to your booking.

Does ATOL cover flight delays?

No. ATOL does not normally cover flight delays, schedule changes or missed departures. These are handled through the airline and your travel insurance, depending on the circumstances.

Does ATOL cover medical emergencies abroad?

No. ATOL is not medical cover. It does not pay for hospital treatment, medical evacuation or repatriation due to illness or injury. You need suitable travel insurance for medical emergencies abroad.

Does ATOL cover lost baggage?

No. Lost, delayed or damaged baggage is normally handled by the airline and, where applicable, your travel insurance policy. Always report missing or damaged baggage before leaving the airport and keep the airline report.

Do I still need travel insurance if my holiday is ATOL protected?

Yes. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance for every booking. ATOL and travel insurance protect different risks: ATOL is financial protection if the travel company fails; travel insurance can cover medical emergencies, cancellation, baggage and delays, depending on the policy.

What should I do if I cannot find my ATOL Certificate?

Check your booking confirmation email and attachments first. If you cannot find it, contact Caria Holidays before you travel and we will help you locate or resend the relevant documentation where applicable.

Can I check ATOL protection myself?

Yes. You can check ATOL protection using the official ATOL website. Your ATOL Certificate will show the ATOL holder name and number, which you can use to verify the protection details.

Low Deposit

Low Deposit Holidays with GoToBeach

How our £60pp deposit works, when flight costs are paid, and when your remaining balance is due

A GoToBeach customer information guide

The short version

GoToBeach offers low deposits from £60 per person on many holidays. However, if your holiday is built as a dynamic package, the flight element must normally be paid in full at the time of booking, because airline seats are live-priced and secured immediately. This means your first payment will usually be: £60 per person deposit + the full cost of the flights. The remaining balance for the hotel, transfers and any other package elements is usually payable 12 weeks before departure, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

What “low deposit” means

Our low deposit option is designed to make it easier to secure your holiday without paying the full balance immediately. For many GoToBeach holidays, the holiday deposit starts from £60 per person.

However, it is important to understand exactly what this means. A low deposit does not always mean that the only amount payable today is £60 per person. If your booking includes live-priced flights as part of a dynamic package, the flight element is usually paid in full at the time of booking.

The usual dynamic package first payment

For many dynamic package bookings, your first payment will normally be:

£60 per person deposit + the full cost of the flights

The rest of the package balance is then usually payable 12 weeks before departure, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

Why dynamic package flights are paid upfront

GoToBeach uses dynamic packaging for many holidays. This means your holiday is built using live flight, hotel and transfer availability for your exact dates, airport and destination.

Airline seats are not normally held at a quoted fare until they are booked and paid for. Once you decide to confirm, the flight is secured immediately. Because the airline requires payment for the flight element at that point, the flight cost is normally collected in full at the time of booking.

This protects the live airfare and secures the seats for your selected passengers. It also means the flight element may be subject to the airline’s own fare rules, including cancellation, amendment, baggage and seat selection conditions.

If your holiday is not built as a dynamic package, or if a specific supplier arrangement allows different payment terms, your first payment may be different. The exact amount payable today is always shown before you confirm.

Example payment breakdown

The example below is for illustration only. Your actual payment schedule depends on your destination, travel dates, airline, hotel, supplier terms and booking confirmation.

Example: two adults booking a dynamic package holiday

Item Example amount When payable
Deposit £60 per person x 2 = £120 At booking
Flight cost Example: £420 total At booking
Initial payment £540 total At booking
Remaining package balance Hotel, transfers and any other package balance Usually 12 weeks before departure

In this example, the customer does not pay only £120 today. Because the booking is a dynamic package, the customer pays the £120 deposit plus the full flight cost at the time of booking.

When the remaining balance is due

For many GoToBeach holidays, the remaining package balance is payable 12 weeks before departure. This remaining balance normally covers the hotel, transfers and any other package elements not already paid in full at the time of booking.

Your exact balance due date and payment schedule will be shown on your booking confirmation. If your departure date is within 12 weeks, or if any supplier requires earlier full payment, a larger payment or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Booking situation Typical payment position Important note
Dynamic package booked more than 12 weeks before departure £60pp deposit + full flight cost at booking; remaining balance usually 12 weeks before departure Exact payment schedule is shown before confirmation.
Booking within 12 weeks of departure Full payment may be required at booking Short-notice bookings often require immediate full settlement.
Non-refundable or special-rate hotel Higher initial payment may be required Supplier terms determine payment and cancellation conditions.
Extras added after booking Usually payable when added Examples: baggage, seat selection, private transfer upgrade or special equipment.

What your first payment secures

Your first payment secures the confirmed elements of your booking according to the supplier terms shown at the time of booking. In a typical dynamic package, this means:

  • Your selected flight seats are booked and paid for
  • Your hotel booking is secured according to the rate and supplier terms
  • Your transfer arrangements, where included, are added to the package
  • Your ATOL-protected flight-inclusive package is confirmed where shown on your ATOL Certificate
  • Your remaining payment schedule is set out on your booking confirmation

After booking, check your confirmation carefully. Names, travel dates, flight times, hotel, room type, board basis, baggage and transfer details should all be reviewed as soon as you receive your documents.

Changes, cancellation and non-refundable costs

Low deposit does not mean all parts of the booking are refundable. This is especially important with dynamic packages, because airlines often charge immediately and many airline fares are non-refundable or only partly refundable.

If you cancel after booking, cancellation charges are calculated according to the terms that apply to each part of your package. In many cases, the flight cost may be non-refundable from the time of booking. Hotel and transfer cancellation terms vary by supplier, date and rate type.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended

ATOL protection and low deposit payment terms do not replace travel insurance. If you need to cancel for a personal reason such as illness, bereavement or another insured event, suitable travel insurance may help with non-refundable costs, depending on the policy terms. We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance as soon as you book.

What to check before confirming

Before you confirm your holiday, check the payment details carefully. In particular, confirm:

  • The initial payment amount due today
  • Whether the booking is a dynamic package
  • The full cost of the flights being paid upfront
  • The remaining balance and balance due date
  • Whether the remaining balance is due 12 weeks before departure or on another date
  • Whether any hotel, flight, transfer or extra is non-refundable
  • Whether baggage is included or needs to be added separately
  • Whether your booking is ATOL protected and when your ATOL Certificate will be issued

If you are unsure how your first payment has been calculated, ask us before paying. We can explain the deposit, flight cost, remaining balance and supplier terms for your specific booking.

Frequently asked questions

Is the GoToBeach deposit really only £60 per person?

For many GoToBeach holidays, the holiday deposit starts from £60 per person. However, if your booking is a dynamic package, the flight element must normally be paid in full at the time of booking. This means your initial payment will usually be £60 per person plus the full cost of the flights. The remaining balance is then usually payable 12 weeks before departure, unless your booking confirmation states otherwise.

Why do I have to pay the flight cost upfront?

Airline seats are live-priced and normally secured only when payment is made. Once you confirm a dynamic package, the flight element is booked immediately and the airline usually requires full payment for the seats. This is why the flight cost is normally collected in full at booking.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is usually payable 12 weeks before departure. Your booking confirmation shows the exact balance due date. If you book within 12 weeks of departure, or if supplier terms require earlier payment, full payment or a larger initial payment may be required at the time of booking.

What does the remaining balance usually cover?

The remaining balance usually covers the hotel, transfers and other package elements not already paid in full at booking. The flight element is normally paid upfront for dynamic packages. Your confirmation shows the payment schedule for your specific booking.

Are there payment plan fees?

GoToBeach does not normally charge an administration fee for splitting the remaining balance according to your booking confirmation. However, third-party card, bank, finance or payment provider charges may apply where relevant. Any applicable charges will be shown or explained before payment where they apply.

Can the price change after I pay the deposit?

Once your booking is confirmed, the confirmed package price is normally set, except for changes you request, optional extras you add later, supplier amendments, taxes or charges covered by your booking conditions. Before confirmation, live flight and hotel prices can change because dynamic package prices are based on live availability.

Is the flight cost refundable if I cancel?

Often not. Many airline fares used in dynamic packages are non-refundable or only partly refundable once booked. Refundability depends on the airline, fare class and ticket rules. This is why it is important to check cancellation terms before booking and arrange suitable travel insurance as soon as you book.

Can I pay the whole holiday in full?

Yes. If you prefer, you can usually pay the full package balance at the time of booking. This may be required if you are booking close to departure or if supplier terms require immediate full payment.

What happens if I miss the balance payment deadline?

If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date shown on your booking confirmation, your booking may be at risk of cancellation and cancellation charges may apply. If you think you may have difficulty paying on time, contact us as early as possible before the balance due date.

Will I receive an ATOL Certificate?

If your booking is sold and confirmed as an ATOL-protected flight-inclusive package, you will receive an ATOL Certificate showing exactly what is financially protected. Keep it with your booking documents and contact us before travel if you cannot locate it.

Need help understanding your payment schedule?

Our reservations team can explain your initial payment, flight cost, remaining balance, balance due date and any supplier terms before you confirm your booking.

Holiday Benefits

Holiday Perks with GoToBeach

How added-value benefits work, what may be included, and how perks are confirmed before you travel

A GoToBeach customer information guide

The short version

Selected GoToBeach holidays may include added-value benefits such as included resort transfers, hotel credits, spa discounts, welcome amenities, room upgrade requests, early check-in or late check-out benefits, depending on the hotel, destination, supplier terms and availability. A holiday perk is only part of your booking where it is clearly shown in your quote, booking confirmation, hotel voucher or supplier documentation. If a perk is described as subject to availability, it is not guaranteed and may depend on hotel occupancy, arrival time, room category and local supplier conditions.

What are holiday perks?

Holiday perks are added-value benefits that may be available with selected GoToBeach packages. They are designed to make your holiday smoother, more comfortable or better value, but they are not the same as the core holiday services you are buying.

Your core holiday services are things such as the flight, hotel, room type, board basis and transfer where included. A perk is an additional benefit that may be attached to a particular package, hotel offer, room category, campaign or supplier arrangement.

Important: perks are not universal. They vary by destination, hotel, travel date, room type, offer, supplier and availability. The only perks that apply to your booking are the ones clearly shown on your quote, booking confirmation, hotel voucher or other supplier documentation.

Types of perks that may be available

The exact benefits available vary from hotel to hotel. Examples of perks that may be offered on selected holidays include:

Possible perk How it may work Important condition
Included resort transfers Airport-to-hotel transfers may be included in selected packages. Only included where shown in your booking details or transfer voucher.
Room upgrade request We may request a better room type or view category with the hotel. Usually subject to hotel availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Early check-in The hotel may allow earlier access to the room before the standard check-in time. Normally subject to room readiness and hotel occupancy on arrival.
Late check-out The hotel may allow use of the room after the standard check-out time. Usually subject to availability and may carry a local charge.
Spa or wellness discount Selected hotels may offer spa discounts, treatment credits or wellness benefits. May require pre-booking and may exclude certain treatments or peak times.
Hotel credit A credit may be applied for food, drinks, spa, golf or resort services. Only valid where shown and subject to hotel terms, expiry and usage rules.
Welcome amenity Examples include fruit, wine, sweets, flowers or a small welcome gift. May vary by hotel, season and room category.
Special occasion note We can pass honeymoon, anniversary or birthday notes to the hotel. Requests are passed on but are not guaranteed unless the hotel confirms a specific benefit.
Golf or sports benefits Selected packages may include golf rounds, buggy offers, equipment storage or sports-related extras. Subject to the package, course terms, tee-time availability and supplier confirmation.

Confirmed perks vs requested perks

This is the most important distinction. Some benefits are confirmed as part of your package. Others are requests passed to the hotel or supplier.

Confirmed perk

A confirmed perk is clearly shown in your quote, booking confirmation, hotel voucher, transfer voucher or supplier documentation. For example: “private transfer included”, “hotel credit included”, “late check-out confirmed until 14:00”, or “3 rounds of golf included”.

Requested or subject-to-availability perk

A requested perk is not guaranteed. Examples include room upgrade requests, early check-in requests, late check-out requests, honeymoon amenities or preferred room location requests. These depend on hotel availability, local operational conditions and supplier approval at or before arrival.

If something matters to your holiday, tell us before booking. We can confirm whether it can be guaranteed, requested only, or added at an extra cost.

Hotel perks vs GoToBeach package inclusions

Some benefits are provided by GoToBeach as part of your package arrangement. Others are provided by the hotel directly. This difference matters because hotel perks are normally subject to the hotel’s own terms and operational control.

Type Example Who controls it?
GoToBeach package inclusion Flight, hotel, selected transfer, selected baggage add-on, confirmed package extra GoToBeach arranges the package and works with the relevant supplier.
Hotel-provided perk Room upgrade, early check-in, late check-out, welcome amenity, hotel credit, spa discount The hotel controls availability, delivery and local conditions.
Airline or airport extra Seat selection, extra baggage, lounge, fast track, airport parking The airline, airport or third-party provider controls the service.
Local supplier benefit Private transfer upgrade, VIP vehicle, golf buggy, excursion discount The local supplier controls delivery and terms.

Transfers, baggage and upgrades

Some customers think of transfers, baggage or upgrades as holiday perks. In practice, these should be treated as confirmed services only where they are clearly shown in your documents.

  • Transfers: included only where shown in your booking details and transfer voucher.
  • Baggage: depends on airline, fare class and any baggage add-ons purchased.
  • Room upgrades: guaranteed only where a higher room category is booked and confirmed. Otherwise, upgrade requests are subject to hotel availability.
  • Private transfers: included only where confirmed. Otherwise, they may be offered as a paid upgrade.
  • Golf extras: tee times, buggies, club hire and golf inclusions depend on the package, course rules and supplier confirmation.

Where a benefit is important to you, ask us to confirm whether it is included, requested, subject to availability or available at an extra cost before you book.

How perks are confirmed

Perks are confirmed through your booking documents. Depending on the type of benefit, confirmation may appear in one or more of the following:

  • Your GoToBeach quote
  • Your booking confirmation
  • Your hotel voucher
  • Your transfer voucher
  • Your airline documentation
  • Supplier notes or written confirmation from our reservations team

If a perk is only mentioned in general marketing text but does not appear in your quote, confirmation or voucher, please ask us before assuming it applies to your specific booking.

What happens if a perk is unavailable?

If a confirmed perk cannot be provided, we will review the position with the relevant supplier and explain the available options. The outcome depends on what was confirmed, who was responsible for providing it, and the supplier terms that apply.

If a perk was requested only or marked as subject to availability, it may not be available and no refund or compensation will normally be due for that specific request. For example, if a hotel is fully booked, it may not be able to offer an early check-in, late check-out or room upgrade even where the request was passed on in good faith.

Subject to availability means not guaranteed

Where a perk or benefit is described as subject to availability, the hotel or supplier decides whether it can be provided. This may depend on occupancy, arrival time, departure time, season, room category, maintenance, staffing and local operational conditions.

What to check before booking

Before you confirm your holiday, check exactly what is included and what is only requested. In particular, ask:

  • Is this benefit included in my package price?
  • Is it confirmed in writing?
  • Is it subject to availability?
  • Is there a local charge?
  • Does it depend on room type, board basis or travel dates?
  • Will it appear on my booking confirmation or voucher?
  • Who provides the benefit: GoToBeach, the hotel, airline, transfer supplier or another third party?

This avoids misunderstandings and helps us set the right expectations before you travel.

Frequently asked questions

Are GoToBeach holiday perks guaranteed?

Only where they are clearly shown as confirmed in your quote, booking confirmation, hotel voucher or supplier documentation. If a perk is described as subject to availability, requested, complimentary where available or at the hotel’s discretion, it is not guaranteed.

What kind of perks might be available?

Selected holidays may include benefits such as resort transfers, room upgrade requests, early check-in or late check-out requests, welcome amenities, hotel credits, spa discounts, private transfer upgrades or selected golf benefits. Availability depends on the hotel, destination, package, room type, travel dates and supplier terms.

Is an airport transfer a holiday perk?

Transfers may be included as part of selected GoToBeach packages, but they are only included where shown in your booking details and confirmed on your transfer voucher. If transfers are not shown as included, they may need to be added separately or arranged independently.

Can GoToBeach guarantee a room upgrade?

A room upgrade is guaranteed only if the upgraded room type is booked and confirmed as part of your package. If we request an upgrade from the hotel, it is usually subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed unless the hotel confirms it in writing.

Can I get early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are usually controlled by the hotel and depend on occupancy and room readiness. We can pass on a request, but it is not guaranteed unless the hotel confirms it in writing. Some hotels may charge locally for late check-out.

What if a subject-to-availability perk is not provided?

If a perk was subject to availability, it may not be provided if the hotel or supplier cannot offer it at the time. No refund or compensation will normally be due for a subject-to-availability request that could not be fulfilled.

Where can I see which perks apply to my booking?

Check your quote, booking confirmation, hotel voucher, transfer voucher and any written supplier notes. If a benefit is not shown there, ask us before assuming it applies to your booking.

Can perks change after booking?

Confirmed perks should remain as stated in your documents, subject to supplier terms and operational conditions. Requested or subject-to-availability perks may change or may not be available. If a supplier changes or withdraws a confirmed benefit, we will review the position with the relevant supplier.

Are hotel credits or spa discounts refundable if I do not use them?

Usually not. Hotel credits, spa discounts and similar benefits are normally non-transferable, non-refundable and valid only during your stay, subject to the hotel’s own terms and expiry rules.

Can I ask for honeymoon, birthday or anniversary extras?

Yes. We can pass special occasion notes to the hotel, and some hotels may provide a small welcome amenity. Unless a specific benefit is confirmed in writing, special occasion extras are requests only and remain subject to hotel discretion and availability.

Want to know which perks apply to your holiday?

Our reservations team can explain what is included, what is requested, what is subject to availability and what can be added as a paid upgrade before you book.
