GotoBeach is a trading name of Caria Holidays Ltd, an ATOL-protected UK tour operator (ATOL #11211) specialising in beach and resort holidays across the Mediterranean and North Africa. We sell Turkey, Greece, Malta, Morocco and Egypt — and nothing else. That focus is deliberate. We are not a generalist operator trying to sell everything to everyone. We are specialists, and that distinction matters to how we work, who we hire and what we expect from our team.
Our destinations are covered by people who know them personally — Product Managers who do inspection visits several times a year, contract specialists who have spent decades building relationships in the markets they work in, and operations managers who were born in the destinations they look after. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is the standard we look for in anyone who joins us.
Working at GotoBeach means working in a small, experienced team where your contribution is visible and your knowledge is valued. We are not a large corporate operator where individuals disappear into departments. We are a growing specialist business where the people who know the most have the most influence on what we do.
Genuine specialism
We cover five destinations in depth. Every member of the team develops real expertise in the markets they work in — not a surface-level familiarity, but detailed, current, first-hand knowledge.
Inspection travel
Our product and contracting team travels regularly to inspect hotels and destinations in person. We believe you cannot sell what you have not seen, and our team is expected — and supported — to travel.
Direct impact
In a specialist operator of our size, the work you do has a direct and visible effect on the business. Good ideas get heard. Good work gets noticed. There are no layers of bureaucracy between the team and the decisions that matter.
A serious team
Our team includes people with decades of senior experience at TUI, Thomas Cook, Neckermann, First Choice and other major operators. Working alongside people who have done this at the highest level is a genuine advantage for anyone developing their career.

Honest culture
We try to do things properly. We do not oversell, we do not hide problems and we do not write marketing copy that misrepresents our destinations. The same honesty applies internally — we tell people what we think and we expect the same in return.
We recruit across the following areas of the business. Even when there are no specific vacancies listed, we welcome applications from strong candidates — the right person creates their own opportunity.
The most important thing we look for is genuine knowledge of the destinations we sell. Someone who has lived in, worked in or travelled extensively through Turkey, Greece, Malta, Morocco or Egypt — and who can speak about those places with real authority — will always be of interest to us, regardless of their formal qualifications or previous job titles.
That said, we also recruit people who are earlier in their careers and show the right combination of attitude, curiosity and commitment. We would rather train someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly than hire someone with an impressive CV who treats it as just another role.
Across all roles, we look for people who are:
- Genuinely interested in the destinations we sell — ideally with first-hand experience
- Clear and direct communicators, in writing and in person
- Reliable, detail-focused and organised under pressure
- Fluent in English — additional languages, particularly Turkish, Greek, Arabic or French, are a strong advantage
- Honest about what they know and what they do not
- Motivated by doing good work rather than simply looking busy
