Price Guarantee

At GotoBeach, we work directly with our hotel and supplier partners to offer competitive prices on all our holidays. If you find the same package at a lower price elsewhere within 24 business hours of booking with us, we will review your claim and match it where the conditions below are met.

 
01 · What Our Price Guarantee Means
 

We aim to give you excellent value for money at the time of booking. Holiday prices in the travel industry are dynamic — they change constantly based on availability, demand and supplier pricing. We cannot guarantee that prices will not change after you have booked, but we can guarantee that if you find a genuinely lower price for an identical package within 24 business hours of booking with us, we will take it seriously and respond fairly.

Our Price Guarantee is a genuine commitment, not a marketing slogan. The conditions below exist to ensure that price comparisons are fair and like-for-like — because comparing a package that includes transfers with one that does not, or comparing a price in euros with one in pounds, is not a meaningful comparison.

 
02 · Price Match Conditions
 

Our Price Guarantee applies where all of the following conditions are met:

The holiday must be identical

  • Same destination, hotel, room type and board basis
  • Same travel dates and duration
  • Same departure airport, airline and flight times
  • Same transfer type and inclusions

The lower price must be

  • Publicly available and independently verifiable
  • Quoted in pounds sterling (GBP)
  • Offered by a UK-based, ATOL-protected provider where applicable
  • Currently available to book at the time of your claim
Time limit: Your claim must be submitted within 24 business hours of completing your booking with GotoBeach. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
 
03 · What We Will Do
 

If your claim meets all of the conditions above, GotoBeach will:

  • Match the lower price, or
  • Offer an appropriate refund or price adjustment at our discretion

We aim to respond to all Price Guarantee claims within two business days of receiving the required information. We may contact you for further details if necessary before making a decision.

 
04 · Exclusions
 

Our Price Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

Pricing errors or obvious mistakes on any website or platform
Flash sales, limited-time promotions or countdown offers
Member-only rates, loyalty programme prices or voucher-based discounts
Packages that are not identical in all respects or cannot be independently verified
Price differences resulting from currency fluctuations
Prices that are no longer available at the time the claim is reviewed
 
05 · Important Information
 

Holiday prices change constantly due to availability, demand and supplier pricing decisions. A price that is lower than ours today may be higher tomorrow — or may no longer be available at all. We therefore strongly recommend booking when you find a price that works for you, rather than waiting in the expectation that prices will fall.

Please note: GotoBeach reserves the right to decline any Price Guarantee claim that does not meet the conditions set out above, or where the information provided cannot be independently verified.
 
06 · How to Make a Claim
 

Submit your Price Guarantee claim

To request a price review, email us within 24 business hours of your booking. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your GotoBeach booking reference number
  • Full details of the lower-priced offer, including the provider name
  • A screenshot or direct link clearly showing the lower price and all package details
  • Confirmation that the lower price is currently available to book
