Best All-Inclusive Hotels in Antalya 2026
Fifteen resorts, five very different stretches of coast — and the reason each one earns its place.

Antalya province holds several hundred all-inclusive resorts, and a list of the "best" fifteen is meaningless unless you know what it is measuring. Mine measures fit. I have spent thirty years working on this coast, and the properties below are the ones I would put a specific type of guest into without hesitating — which is a more useful question than which hotel has the biggest chandelier.
- Top of the market: Maxx Royal Belek and Regnum Carya. Nothing else in Turkey operates at that level.
- Best for families: Titanic Deluxe Lara and Susesi Luxury Resort — scale, aquaparks and a short transfer.
- Best value against quality: the Side properties, particularly the Sorgun forest resorts.
- Best setting: Maxx Royal Kemer, for mountains and clear water rather than sand.
- How I picked: five criteria, set out below. No hotel is here because it pays to be.
How I picked these fifteen
Every property on this list has been through our 22-point hand-picked inspection, but that is the entry requirement rather than the reason for inclusion. Beyond it, I applied five tests.
- Does the all-inclusive programme match the star rating? A five-star building with a four-star board basis is the most common disappointment on this coast, and it is entirely avoidable.
- Is the beach genuinely in front of the hotel? "Beachfront" is used loosely in Antalya. Crossing a road, or a shuttle, changes the holiday.
- Does it do one thing better than its neighbours? Golf, food, aquapark, adults-only calm, setting. A resort that is fourth-best at everything is not on this list.
- Does it hold up in August? Plenty of resorts are excellent in May and buckle at full occupancy. The test is the busy week, not the quiet one.
- Would I put my own family there? The least scientific test and the one that has removed the most hotels.
One thing this list deliberately does not do is rank fifteen very different resorts against each other from one to fifteen. A golf resort and an adults-only bay are not competing. They are grouped by area, and the numbering is for reference only.

Belek — where the top of the market sits
Belek holds the highest concentration of five-star all-inclusive resorts in Turkey, laid out in Aleppo pine forest about 35 kilometres east of Antalya airport. If you want the best-executed version of the Turkish resort model, you want our Belek hotel collection.
Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort
This is the property the rest of the Turkish market is measured against, and it has held that position for years rather than seasons. It combines its own golf course with an all-inclusive programme that is genuinely unrestricted rather than technically unrestricted — the distinction matters more than any facility list. If you have decided that this holiday is the one you are not economising on, start here and work down rather than starting lower and upgrading.
What sets it apart in practice is consistency at capacity. Plenty of resorts on this coast are excellent in May and creak in the second week of August; this one holds its service standard through the peak, which is the hardest thing in the business to do and the reason it commands what it commands.
Best for: golfers, couples celebrating something, guests who have done Belek before and want the top. Maybe not for: anyone whose budget will be strained by it, because the value case is better lower down this list.
Regnum Carya Belek
Regnum is the other property in Belek where "ultra all-inclusive" is a description of the service rather than a marketing tier. It sits in the same rarefied band as Maxx Royal and attracts a similar guest, with a slightly more contemporary feel. The golf credentials are serious. So is the price.
The two properties are close enough in standard that most guests choose on feel rather than facilities. Maxx Royal is the more established name; Regnum reads as newer and slightly more design-conscious. If you are deciding between them and cannot visit both, that is the honest distinction.
Best for: golf trips, high-end family holidays where the children are old enough to be independent. Maybe not for: guests who want a small property — this is not that.
Cullinan Belek Hotel
Cullinan is one of the largest resorts on this coast — the property spans some 42 acres with around 800 metres of Blue Flag beach frontage, over 100 swim-up rooms, eleven restaurants, eight pools, a full aquapark and direct access to a 36-hole championship golf course. Those numbers explain why it works for the widest range of guests of anything in Belek: there is enough of it that a golf group, a family with teenagers and a couple can all have a good week without noticing each other.
Best for: multi-generation groups, families with a wide age spread, guests who want an aquapark and golf in one place. Maybe not for: anyone who finds very large resorts impersonal.
Susesi Luxury Resort
Susesi is the answer I give most often to families who want Belek quality without stepping into the very top price band. It has the aquapark, the beach and the five-star finish, and it has held a loyal British following for years — which on this coast is the most reliable quality signal there is.
The reason I lean on it so often is that it removes the most common Belek compromise. Below this level in the resort district you generally give up either the aquapark or the five-star finish; Susesi keeps both, and does it at a price that does not require a special occasion to justify.
Best for: families with primary-age children, first-time Belek visitors. Maybe not for: couples looking for quiet, particularly in the school holidays.
Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort
Cornelia has been a fixture of the British golf trip to Belek for a long time, and the reason it endures is that it works for the non-golfer in the party too. That combination is rarer than it sounds — plenty of golf resorts are dull for everyone who does not play.
Best for: mixed groups where only half the party plays. Maybe not for: guests who want the newest rooms on the strip.
Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek
The Titanic group's Belek property brings the same theatrical architecture the brand is known for in Lara, attached to a golf offer. It divides opinion on looks and does not divide it at all on delivery — the food and service operation is consistently strong.
Best for: guests who enjoy the spectacle, golfers who want a family-friendly base. Maybe not for: anyone whose taste runs to understatement.
Lara and Kundu — scale and the shortest transfer
Twelve to twenty minutes from Antalya airport, on a long sandy shore, with the biggest aquaparks on the coast. The Lara beach hotels are where I send most first-time visitors travelling with children.
Titanic Deluxe Lara Hotel
Built in the shape of an ocean liner, and one of the most reliably booked Turkish properties in the UK market. The scale is the point: enough restaurants, enough pool space and enough programming that a fortnight does not run out of things to do. The short airport transfer makes it the easiest recommendation on this entire list for a family's first trip to Turkey.
Worth knowing before you book: the theming is not a veneer applied to a standard hotel. It runs through the public areas, and guests either enjoy it enormously or find it a great deal. Look at photographs of the atrium honestly before you commit — it is the single thing that decides whether people love this hotel or merely tolerate it.
Best for: families, first-time visitors, anyone who wants the transfer over in a quarter of an hour. Maybe not for: couples seeking a quiet, adult atmosphere.
Delphin Imperial Lara Hotel
The Delphin group has one of the strongest repeat-guest records on the Lara strip, and Imperial is its flagship. Entertainment and food are the areas guests talk about afterwards. If your family likes an evening show and a busy daytime programme, this is the right end of the market.
Best for: families who want a full activity programme. Maybe not for: guests who want to be left alone.
Royal Seginus Hotel
Seginus is the value entry on the Lara strip and the one I recommend when the budget will not stretch to the landmark properties but the requirement — beach, aquapark, short transfer — is the same. It delivers that specification without the premium attached to the better-known names alongside it.
Best for: families balancing budget against facilities. Maybe not for: guests expecting five-star finishes throughout.
Side — forest, sand and Roman ruins
Side gives you a long golden beach, a genuine ancient town to walk into in the evening and, in the Sorgun pine forest just east of the old city, some of the best-sited resorts in Antalya province. The Side beach hotels are also where the value against quality is strongest on this list.
Voyage Sorgun Side
Set inside the protected Sorgun pine forest with the beach directly in front, this is one of the most attractive settings of any large resort on the Turkish Mediterranean. The Voyage group's family programming is among the strongest in the country, and the forest keeps the whole property several degrees cooler than an open site in August.
The forest is not a marketing detail; it is the reason to book. Mature pine over a resort changes the experience of a Turkish August more than any facility does, and there are only a handful of properties on this coast that have it directly behind the sand.
Best for: families who want quality and shade, guests who dislike the exposed feel of a purpose-built strip. Maybe not for: anyone wanting nightlife on the doorstep.
Lusso Sorgun Hotel
The same exceptional forest-and-beach position as its neighbour, on a smaller and more design-led scale. If the Sorgun setting appeals but a very large resort does not, this is the alternative — and there are not many properties in Antalya that offer that combination.
Best for: couples and small families who want the setting without the scale. Maybe not for: guests who want a big aquapark and a full entertainment schedule.
Royal Dragon Hotel
A long-established large resort in the Side area with a strong reputation for consistency across food and entertainment. It is the sort of property that does not top anybody's list of aspirational hotels and quietly delivers a very good week, year after year, which is worth more than it sounds.
Best for: families wanting dependable big-resort all-inclusive at Side prices. Maybe not for: guests chasing the newest or the most photogenic.
Kemer — the setting pick
The Kemer resort area trades sand for scenery. The Taurus mountains come down almost to the water, the sea is extraordinarily clear, and the beaches are shingle. If that trade appeals, these two are the properties worth the drive.
Maxx Royal Kemer Resort
The same operator as the Belek flagship, in a completely different landscape — forest and mountain rather than flat plantation. For guests who have decided that scenery matters as much as the resort itself, there is nothing else in Turkey that combines this standard of hotel with this setting.
The trade-off is the beach, and it is not a small one. You are swapping a wide sandy shore for shingle and exceptionally clear water. Snorkellers and swimmers gain; anyone whose holiday involves a child, a bucket and a spade loses. Be honest with yourself about which of those describes your week.
Best for: couples, honeymooners, repeat Turkey visitors who want something other than the Belek plain. Maybe not for: families with small children who want to build sandcastles.
Güral Premier Tekirova
Tekirova sits at the far end of the Kemer bays, backing onto the national park and close to the ancient site of Phaselis. It is the most secluded position of any resort on this list, and the right answer for guests who want a large, well-run hotel without a resort strip attached to it.
Best for: guests who want quiet and walking country. Maybe not for: anyone who wants to stroll into a town in the evening.
Alanya — the value pick
The Alanya beach hotels are the largest selection we carry in Turkey, and the reason is simple: the two-hour transfer from Antalya airport buys you a lower price per star than anywhere else on this coast.
Mylome Luxury Hotel & Resort
Mylome is the property I point to when someone wants to understand what the Alanya discount actually buys. It offers a standard of accommodation and all-inclusive delivery that would carry a materially higher price on the Belek or Lara strips, and the trade is the drive from the airport. On a fortnight, that is a trade well worth making.
Best for: longer stays, guests prioritising value, repeat visitors comfortable with the transfer. Maybe not for: a short break, where the drive eats too much of the trip.
Five things I would check before paying for any of them
A shortlist only takes you so far. These are the checks that separate a good week from a frustrating one, and none of them appear on a hotel's own summary page.
Which building your room is in. Several of the largest resorts on this list run more than one accommodation block, and they are not equivalent. A main-building room and an annexe room at the same property can differ by a five-minute walk to breakfast and a meaningful step down in finish. Ask for the block name, not just the room category.
What the à la carte allowance actually is. Resorts advertise the number of restaurants they operate, which is a different number from how many you may use. A property with eleven restaurants may include two bookings per week on your tier. That is normal and manageable — but only if you know it on arrival day, when the reservation book opens, rather than on day four.
Whether the aquapark is included and when it runs. On this coast it almost always is included, but the operating hours are shorter than the pools, and slides frequently close for a mid-afternoon break and from early evening. If the aquapark is the reason you chose the hotel, confirm the hours for your travel dates.
How the beach actually works. "Private beach" covers several arrangements in Antalya: a stretch directly in front of the property, a section reached through a garden gate, or a shuttle to a beach club a few minutes away. All three are legitimate. Only one of them lets you send a teenager down on their own.
What is running during your dates. In the first half of May and the second half of October, ask which restaurants, bars and facilities will be open rather than which ones exist. Shoulder-season operations at large resorts are often partial, and a resort running two of its six outlets is a different holiday from the one in the photographs.
Also worth knowing about
Fifteen is an arbitrary number, and several properties sit immediately outside it rather than below it. In Belek, Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort and Gloria Serenity Resort are both strong on golf, and Adam and Eve Hotel is the adults-only option with the most distinctive design on the coast. The single most useful thing you can do before booking any of these is establish which all-inclusive tier your rate includes. Two guests can stay in identical rooms at the same resort in the same week and have measurably different holidays because one booked the ultra programme and one did not. For outright quality, Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and Regnum Carya Belek operate at a level nothing else in the province matches. But "best" depends on who is travelling: for a family with young children, Titanic Deluxe Lara is a better holiday than either, because the fifteen-minute airport transfer and the aquapark matter more at that stage than the à la carte count.
Which Antalya area has the best all-inclusive hotels?
Belek, by a clear margin, at the top of the market — it holds the densest concentration of five-star all-inclusive resorts in Turkey. Lara and Kundu come next and add the shortest airport transfer on the coast. How much does an all-inclusive holiday in Antalya cost?
It varies more by resort area and by season than by hotel. The same week costs substantially less in Alanya than in Belek, and the second half of September costs less than the first half of August at every property on this list. Booking between October and February for the following summer consistently gives the best combination of price and room availability.
Are Antalya all-inclusive resorts good for families?
They are among the best anywhere in the Mediterranean for it. The purpose-built resorts have space for genuine aquaparks, kids' clubs are usually split by age band, and family rooms and connecting rooms are widely available. Lara and Kundu are the strongest areas for families because of the short transfer; Kemer is the one to think twice about, because the beaches are shingle rather than sand.
Which Antalya resorts are best for golf?
Belek, and effectively only Belek — the province's championship courses are concentrated there, and most are attached to the resorts that carry their names. What is the difference between all-inclusive and ultra all-inclusive in Antalya?
Ultra all-inclusive typically adds imported and premium spirits, included à la carte dining, room service and longer service hours. Standard all-inclusive covers buffet meals, local-brand drinks during set hours, snacks and entertainment. It is not a regulated standard, so the definition varies by property — always check the specific hotel's terms rather than assuming the tier name means the same thing everywhere.
When is the best time to visit Antalya?
September is the strongest all-round month: the sea is at its warmest after absorbing heat all summer, the school holiday crowds have gone, and rates fall through the month. Late April to early June is the other good window, cooler and greener with lower prices. July and August are hot, busy and the most expensive.
Is Antalya better than the Greek islands for all-inclusive?
For all-inclusive specifically, yes in most cases — the Antalya resorts were purpose-built around the board basis and generally deliver a higher grade of hotel and a more generous programme for the same budget. The Greek islands win on the things Antalya cannot offer: village character, island scenery and somewhere genuinely appealing to walk to outside the resort gates.
